Small setup and team, easy to communicate, less politics. It is a good organisation to begin your career in event management. Blunders can go unnoticed due to lack of experienced and logical eyes.
Cons
Top Management is novice, commit too many mistakes on planning and management front, poor financial planning, hire cheap brains and immature manpower, no real SOPs, No real vision only daydreaming, total contrast in what they say, show and what they do and deliver.
