Low pay, zero raises, hour cuts, way too much management, not good enough benefits for a company of its size, little training, no opportunity for advancement, poor training, treatment of employees is not equal within the same role, unskilled management, bad hours, stressful, insufficient record updating, no work life balance, poor communication, do not value employees and so much more.
