      Pros

      Good Management have the ability to move up in the company. Pay is good. They have a great incentive program for sales.

      Cons

      You have to work hard and be humble in order to move ahead at this company. If you aren't a team player this company is probably not for you. Can be hard to move up if you don't have a degree.

      It's a start up journey - nothing is set in stone which means it can only get better. The company is ambitious and wants to look after your dreams.

      It is a fast paced environment and staff must want to be challenged or get left behind

      Pros

      generally good benefits. very flexible envirnment. limited but free parking. relatively easy commute. working from home a good option most of the time.

      Cons

      can't seem to get building owner/ management to provide adequate heat in winter. manager often sees more in prople than he should give them credit for
