I was given the opportunity to develop many skills and was given a good level of opportunity considering it was an internship.

Cons

There is a high staff turnover which caused concern for many people in their job. There is a definite hierarchy so if you are at the bottom you know it.

The two guys running the company when I was there were decent and sound and created a work environment that was a pleasure to be part of.

The guys running it now are not at the races at all and the company has lost the magic that defined it in its earlier years
