Low pay for the industry. MCI boasts of bringing in tons of new clients and business but when your employees need you, you lay us off, stop our 401k match, and give us pay cuts. Unbelievable. Leadership is not diverse. I was promoted and didn’t get a salary increase but I did get a lot more work.

Everything. From the HR director who doesn't give 2 cents about emotional harassment from upper management to the daily public harassment in open space. Passive aggressiveness is of paramount importance. No will to get rid of rotten apples. They prefer to wait for you to burn out. Salaries for "officers" "coordinators" and "managers" are ridiculously low. Likes to say that it's a "family" owned company, reality is that they are only looking at the numbers and directors are counting on their end of year bonuses...while you are paid 500 net less than the market. Avoid at all costs. It's not worth it.
