      Pros

      Easy going family like environment. Endless possibilities if you are serious about your job and apply yourself to the task at hand, not looking for just a pay check. Management works with you and not against you and they are dedicated their position.

      Pros

      I have been working with the company for 5 years Jan 2016 and I love it! We have great people and a great atmosphere. There are so many opportunities for growth. I love this JOB!!!

      Cons

      Maybe start out pay isn't comparable to other companies in our market. I have heard that from many agents starting out.

      It is clear that Mass Markets believes that driving employee satisfaction with their job, their boss, and the company overall is the fundamental success factor that enables best in class performance, that then translates into client satisfaction... and ultimately growth. There have been numerous positive changes recently, and it is clear that there are more on the way!

      There are only 24 hours in the day that can be used to take advantage of all the opportunity that exists within this organization.
