Lack of communication short term notice about ending projects the supervisors aren't educated on the projects fo hand so they are prepared to help with any questions or concerns

Friendly team and management, before COVID hit we’d have fun at the office. It’s still fun but we don’t really do any pot lucks or contests anymore

Cons

Pay is too low for someone who’s been there for 4 years. Maternity leave is a joke. They want you to use the little PTO you do get through out the year (which I barely had 40 hrs and the doctors wanted me to take 6 weeks off)
