      Very unorganized place to work.

      Pros

      Very flexible, and easy job.

      Cons

      Management tells you last min when you are changing assignments. I waited weeks for a new assignment and no one ever reached out to me. There is no way to communicate with upper management only with current supervisor. I only had one good supervisor that showed support and was helpful. It is poorly managed and do not recommend anyone working with the company

      It was an easy job The TL helped, but they did not have a lot more experience than the representatives You could choose your working hours

      Cons

      When the project ended they did not give you other project, but they promised that everybody will have a job. They lie Monday they said for thousand of peoples that starting tomorrow they do not have to work They promised that everybody can choose an other project, but even the ones who had the opportunity to sign in to other project did not get in They sent you to the TL with your questions, but they did not give the information to the team leaders either
