Management is terrible. Often people have had issues getting their correct pay. It is mind blowing how unorganized this company is.

The only pros I can think of is they work with you if you need time off and flexible schedule

Cons

This company is very unprofessional, they end your projects at the last minute without notice, you can’t get in contact with anyone

Work from home, You have some control over you schedule depending on what contract you're working on, some good supervisors.

Cons

Sometimes they don't pay you, very unorganized, information and protocol always changing, most supervisors are absolute garbage, the contract you're working on can end at any time, leaving you without a job for sometimes a month+. No real job security.
