Pros

There are parts of the job I like. I like being nice to people (customer service!) and can have fun communicating with customers.

Cons

I love working from home. However, the managers are hard to communicate with. I understand they're busy too but.... I'm not happy working holidays. No sick time. If you're sick and want to get sick time we have to use vacation time. Minimum wage only. There are parts of the job I like. I like being nice to people (customer service!) and can have fun communicating with customers. Of course I don't like the grumpy ones. I love doing my job accurately and with empathy. Almost 2 years with company and no review or raise (except when min wage was increased).

Pros

Flexible , weekly pay and they have many positions to choose from.

Cons

If the call volume is low they may ask you to sign out which means your hours won't always be consistent.
