good supervisors and team members

Cons

very disorganized, they tell you the day before or same day when an assignment is ending then you have to pick another assignment with horrible hours and less pay. They steal your money, I was shorted 32 hours on a paycheck because of an error by a supervisor and haven't gotten paid yet and its been over a month, you have to email everyone for help and you get no response usually or they say they are helping you and they don't.

A handful of good supervisors, nice colleagues.

Cons

I'm writing this review because the reviews I read before accepting this job did not reflect my experience. If you value organized training and effective communication, RUN. You will not find it here. There are a few good supervisors, honestly without them this company would tank. I've worked two campaigns, both highly unorganized, training was subpar, scheduling was a nightmare and for the last campaign, I didn't even get a compensation agreement. The managers over the supervisors belittle them and the reps.

training is never a long process it is very easy to get a job here especially for those switching to virtual employment.

Cons

i worked for an entire month and a half with out a paycheck. i must have selected community service on my app .
