Pros

I love working for MCI, so many resources are available to us and it’s not hard to keep up and stay working all 40 hours. If you have scheduled & excuses doctor appointments or scheduled visits for kids that’s something that could stop a person reaching their 40 hour mark weekly. But if you put MIND over MATTER and keep a team player attitude through the work days with high scores on APH, AOT, etc…. Going home for you will be very hard and all supervisors encourage or warn you if expectations are not being met in the MCI World. I appreciate the OT given if earned , I love this job and care for the members MCI has for us as well :) — N’Dia Cole

Cons

Cons are not being able to do overtime automatically. You have to put the work in!

Pros

I have been working with MCI over a year now, and I work from home. The best thing I got from MCI is a happy workplace, supportive colleagues and the best supervisor.

Cons

No bad experience at all.

Pros

Co-Workers are honestly the only positive of this workplace. Guaranteed 40 Hours, but this is a double-edged sword. (See the Cons)

Cons

Pay is ridiculous, I started at 14$ per hour and the classes after myself were making less. They say you'll get a raise after 1 year of employment, but they won't give you a raise. Upper Management doesn't actually care about the agents, just producing numbers to bonus themselves out at the end of the month. HR is obviously there only to protect upper management. You'll be forced to maintain 40 hours, or you'll get into trouble and possibly be terminated from the 'project'. There are many shady business practices behind closed doors, which is a cause for concern regarding the pay of the agents.
