      Pros

      Trainers are nice to work with. Training is paid and they have flexible schedules that meets your needs. I also met some great coworkers who til this day are really good friends still. There is room for growth.

      Cons

      None really, but do be careful because when one campaign ends it may take 3 weeks to a month before they are able to find another campaign for you.

      Good hiring process, assessments are upto the mark.

      Cons

      Even after conducting assessments, they never email you. They never let you know if you are hired or not. You keep on emailing them but never hear back. Even tried to call the recruitment team about the status of the application, but they never answered calls.
