      Pros

      It’s a job. Not one that will pay any bills or live on. But it’s a job. Working from home would be the best thing I do believe

      Cons

      No raises-no appreciation for the good people they have-low low pay-micro management-I had two different team leads. First one was great. Second one-wasn’t worth dealing with for the 15$ hr they were paying me. So I bounced. Glad I did. I didn’t realize the extreme low pay until I seeked out jobs doing the same exact role with different companies.

      Pros

      It's a job that's all.

      Cons

      Very little pay, no raises, bonuses are impossible to reach, have to use your break time to go to the restroom, have to make up holidays even when the office is closed, hardly ever offer overtime, management forgets everything you ask them to do or to find out for you.
