as the biggest telecommunication company in Iran, working with a huge user base and creating big values and impacts on users is an opportunity in the MCI.

Cons

Most of the high-level decisions are taken by the taste of managers. Organizations main purposes are based on governance interference and in two words this organization is not data-driven and goal oriented.
