Pros

Working from home is an available position

Cons

No bathroom breaks on the clock, very little pay, constant phone calls, can't hang up on customers who harass you, requires memorization of laws that you should be paid more to know, only two 10 minute breaks and you're required to clock out for an hour for lunch, they only give you two paid holidays meanwhile the people they're outsourcing for will get paid for holidays you don't.

Pros

In my current role at MCI as a political fundraiser, even in just three weeks, I’ve quickly adapted to the fast-paced, goal-driven environment. I’m learning to effectively communicate campaign priorities to potential donors, build meaningful connections, and help drive support for important causes. Every day, I’m refining my ability to engage with a diverse audience, meet fundraising targets, and contribute to the success of our team. It’s been a rewarding experience so far, and I’m eager to continue growing in this role, making an impact on the campaigns I support.
