Low-energy position, pay is decent enough

Cons

Frustrations, frustrations, frustrations, team leads shuffled in and out, no consistency, no contact with HR or ability to view your own stats/hours/PTO availability, you spend every day licking the customers' boots constantly without any support, and are told to put on a plastic smile and "get those stats up" Drove me nuts, finally left, and couldn't be happier

None that I could tell, very amateurish.

Cons

Low wage, broke employment contract in the first day of training. The only thing they are consistent in is lack of knowledge and misinformation.
