Pros

I have personally had all good experiences working here at MCI. I believe anything and every place is what YOU make it. Set the tone and all things will follow. As with any place, when you work with people, there are challenges. However, how you handle those challenges will make all the difference. I feel that in this time in my life, I'm right where I'm supposed to be.

Cons

It's very fast paced. Change is the only thing that stays the same. You have to be flexible and independent to succeed here. There are many great opportunities for growth, but if you lose focus, it's easy to lose it all.

The best team leads always available to help and there when u need them. Get paid time off after a year and you select how much u work part or full time

Cons

Ins is not the best. Have to one weekend day and get paid every two weeks

Pros

You get great benefits as a full time employee and there are perks to being a part time employee as well. Compensation is a big part of helping the company grow. This company has bonus $ for referrals and had expanded through the years!

Cons

If you are not understanding something and are not getting something that is new or need help with a technology issue such as computer problems...sometimes it is hard to learn or understand something that is being coached to you over the computer than it is in person because you are there and being directly shown.
