      You have to be willing to jump in and help where needed. Fast growth and a lean team means we all wear a lot of hats.

      Not many. The rank and file are generally great people who have found themselves stuck in an awful place. Management needs a major overhaul.

      Cons

      Terrible management, doesn't listen to the people in the trenches. Majorly wasted money for years. Treats staff very poorly.
