Micromanagement, poor training protocols. Be wary of promises of bonuses for performance. You could end up busting your tail in the hopes of being compensated fairly and you wont be. You should join this company only if your ok with knee-jerk reactions and having a "business plan" but rarely following it. Startups can be chaotic and thats expected but this place takes it to a whole new level. Also, be prepared to have a thick skin as management does belittle staff directly and publicly. Due to these actions, the overall culture was one of fear and intimidation. Despite what was said about vision and values, it seemed like just words especially when the actions proved otherwise. This was not only my experience but one demonstrated by the high employee turnover before, during and after I left.
