      Pros

      Job itself is easy, but pay reflects how easy the job is. If you want overtime, you get all the overtime you want.

      Cons

      While the work itself is easy, it is extremely repetitive. Good luck getting off work at the scheduled time because overtime is pretty much mandatory every single day. Understaffed because working conditions are pretty bad. Management has no idea how to treat employees. Everything is run inefficiently so that is why you'll never finish on time.

      Pros

      The other departments worked closely with each other to ensure accountability in transferring product to appropriate warehouse. Supervisors were very helpful and always there to answer any questions you might have concerning work.

      Cons

      Upper management needs to be more involved with all the workers. Some felt they did not care about them. The HR person was hardly ever at work and seemed to do very little when they were there.
