Remote Work Environment, Decent Pay, Vehicle provided, Realistic & attainable goals, Annual bonus if one hits goals

Cons

Constant revolving door (all disciplines).... Unprofessional management (talk negatively about employees to other employees) -& Mgmt is also not receptive to feedback offered genuinely on areas where there are opportunities for improvement...whether a process, service....doesn't matter....they are not receptive
