One of the most admirable parts of MEMIC is the people and sense of purpose that everyone brings to the work of keeping people safe and returning injured workers to health.       So much room for growth

      Pros

      PTO package is nice if salaried. Typically individual teams are really good.

      Cons

      Collaborating or “partnering” is not easy or fun. Each team/department thinks they are the most important and no one really works together well. Parental leave sucks, even if we’re getting 2 extra weeks next year.
