Pros

Overall positive work environment, and I felt lots of camaraderie and connection to the people I worked for. It was easy to see the impact of our work and that we added value to the other teams. Flexible work schedule and family friendly.

Cons

Lack of overall direction for entire company (and now that company is split, I'm sure that's even more difficult). Inconsistent consequences for some employee performance problems
