Payment rate was good, nothing else

Cons

I was laid off few months in when war in Ukraine breake out due to my incompetence, whereas I was not told that I was bad doing my job. I agree that I had some issues, but because tehre is no guidance at all.

Cons

Toxic company culture. I saw an employee fired shortly after she let them know she was pregnant, and then blamed it on her performance. Heard the supervisor say "I hope she doesn't deliver early because I've got a vacation planned then"
