Pros

- Good amenities. Located in a really nice building, free snacks, company outings. There will usually be casual birthday celebrations each month and other small, fun events like that. - Great people. Most of the people working here, especially the lower levels, are millennials. People here usually have a lot in common and as a result, it's a light hearted and fun work environment. People will occasionally put in extra hours and sometimes over the weekend to go above and beyond for the clients. - Company is very open minded about working from home/working remotely. They're also very understanding about taking vacations or even unpaid time off. - Big name clients. In my time here, the sales team has landed clients like Facebook, Netflix, Walmart and Target. You get to work on market research projects with a lot of well known companies. - Everyone who works here is treated with respect and valued.

Cons

- Unpredictable work hours. Since this is a client based company, there is a need to be have great quality work while meeting tight timelines. This will sometimes turn into working during the weekends or working late hours. - Not much room for growth. Since this company is still small (and still growing), there isn't a lot of opportunities for promotions within. - Mostly learning on the job. There isn't a solid training process established. You learn the most and improve the most by learning on the job which can be really stressful, especially if the company is busy. The people that are tasked to train you can be swamped, which will leave you a little bit in the dark.

Cons

The company has grown and is constantly growing, but with it has come natural growing pains that can be tough.
