Pros

Staff is super dedicated to each other and work hard to provide a great product. I get exposure to very high profile companies and think that the work that I do is important to companies making big decisions.

Cons

Sometimes it is not a 9-5 job. Especially when working with entertainment type clients who expect research on a tight timeline.

- Office is pretty and amenities are good

Cons

- Management is a bunch of emotional wrecks, I have personally witnessed lying and manipulation and it's pretty scary - Pay is borderline criminal - Company obviously poaches college graduates who don't know any better - Hours are very very long with no compensation for OT - Projects demand absurd amounts of time and are often mismanaged in terms of meeting deadlines - Company pitches themselves as super cool and fun to work at, but the reality is that they aren't going to take care of you
