Isn't it interesting that four new five star ratings have been added since September 15 of this year all saying how great it is, yet people are being fired left and right because there is a freeze on raises/bonuses. The people being hired on think they are getting a great deal and then after extremely grueling hours of work, you realize you are being massively underpaid. The people writing these good reviews are literally being told to write them.

This company is full of very smart, very driven, very hard working people. As it grows, goals and needs pivot quickly to adjust to the shifting market. If you are the kind of person who performs well in this kind of environment - someone who has confidence in themselves, who sees the big picture, who works hard because that is who you are and it is what makes you happy - then this place is great. If you aren't - meaning your work is substandard, you care more about being home at 5:30 every day, you are more interested in gossip and coffee breaks than results, you find it easier to give excuses than extra effort, or you can't handle change - then is place isn't for you.
