Pros
Great innovation, vision, ability to grow with company, wonderful benefits, good compensation, not a lot of bureaucracy, great office staff and location, leader in industry. Highly recommend any opportunity to join the team
Cons
Lacking senior management experience, not enough outside development for leaders, not much organizational design or training. Not a "con" as much as an area for improvement. A great company for someone who thrives with freedom.
