Pros

Friendly team Nice Office Decent Pay

Cons

Poor management. Executives are constantly making decisions without consulting their teams. Things are constantly changing (goals, plans, etc) which causes chaos for their teams to attempt to resolve. Executives do not take the time to actually get to know the work their team does, and therefore do not give you the resources you need (unless you are part of the rampent nepotism).

Pros

1. Small team size makes it easy to stand out. 2. The company isn't afraid to try out new technologies to stay modernized. 3. Every contribution made has a massive impact on the product which is satisfying as an employee.

Cons

Compensation is fair but could be a bit higher for some roles.

Pros

I like the people I work with on a daily basis. The office is nice (though they spend WAY to much money for rent on it - likely to feed the CEO's ego). Free snacks. Monthly lunches brought in. Remote work if you live far enough away.

Cons

I still work here, and am frankly surprised it's still in business. The CEO is constantly demeaning the industry he's in, and likes to think this is a tech start-up. The CRO is constantly reporting that things are going GREAT!, yet they don't meet sales goals month after month. In the time I've been here, I've seen several initiatives - that many people spend their full time working on - just abruptly stop, before moving on to a new initiative. The amount of wasted time and energy on these initiatives is staggering. You'd better not think about giving your true opinion on why these initiatives aren't working - it will be held against you. There have been no raises, promotions, or bonuses in 3+ years, and 401K matching has been taken away. Yet during this same time, they are requiring people that they hired as remote workers during covid (who live far-ish away from the office), to come in and work in person now. The CEO definitely has his favorites - work to stay under his radar. He's extremely controlling and micromanaging - to the point where he gave a verbal set-down to the entire company during a monthly meeting because someone accidentally had their microphone off mute for a short moment.
