Great job until you make a mistake...

Pros

-The atmosphere and work environment is awesome, especially the people that work there. You will make some really great friends. -The pay is decent, especially in sales. -Snack room is good. -Unlimited PTO

Cons

-If you make 1 mistake working there, they will let you go. I saw 2 other instances of my good friends/coworkers get let go for making only 1 mistake. -After making a mistake, you can apologize and they will tell you prove it to them you really are sorry, but end up just letting you go regardless. -There are some individuals that can do anything and get away with it (including laughing at you, making fun of you and I had to apologize for asking about it in front of that person while coworkers were present). -They will make is seem like they really care about you but in reality you are dispensable. -Office politics can be very weird and make things uncomfortable for you. -The CEO is VERY involved in everything you do, so keep that in mind when applying. -Management was very against working from home and think that working from home equals less productivity but that is completely false. They now have data showing working from home actually means getting more done. -Low resources, especially during Covid, which causes employees to have to have extremely heavy work loads (especially in operations) -The CFO constantly forgets people's names multiple times. Hopefully they can start seeing that and move away from their old ways. A lot of the positive reviews are fake on here. Seems HR wrote them to counter the bad reviews.

Pros

- Nice building since its owned by Irvine Company - Great variety of snacks and coffee

Cons

- Extremely little growth opportunity unless you are in the "inner circle" - Managers are not experienced and lack leadership and mentorship skills and are unprofessional - Managers fail at enforcing regulations/processes among their employees to uphold the key pillar of quality - Promotions are in increments of pennies - Pay is low and employees are not paid industry value - Company is focused on building the company value and not the value of its employees - Floor plan takes the open concept to a whole new level where you cannot focus on your work because there are zero walls between desks and everyone constantly is gossiping - Company is overall very clicky - Sales is told to sell, sell, sell but 50% of the time, sales aren't feasibly because of outdated technology - Quality assurance system is broken/extremely poor - Programming technology is outdated along with all the other operation systems - Low resources causing employees to have extremely heavy workloads - Expected to work on weekends and late nights constantly, no work-life balance and all the positive reviews below, HR has written them to counter out the mass flux of negative reviews since this place is a terrible place to work.

Pros

Nice office, nice parking, coworkers are generally friendly

Cons

The product is essentially corporate-sponsored spyware. Morally dubious at best. CEO is absurdly heavy-handed, aggressive, and has to weigh in on everything but has little interest in the actual details. I was offered a 'promotion' that only resulted in an increase in duties/responsibilities with no increase in pay, and with no assurance of when a pay increase could happen. Absurd. Pay itself is abysmal. My next job, with fewer responsibilities, paid 20% more. Unlimited pto was the only benefit I would consider industry-competitive. Fake positive reviews on here. My manager ended up being such an incompetent fool that multiple exits were thanks to him (including my own exiting the company) and he ended up getting canned himself. Dude shouldn't have even got his foot in the door but somehow he ended up being in charge of a ton of people. He was so incredibly toxic. Some of the management here is super messed up, I have seen the wrong people climb the ladder and disrupt entire teams.
