Pros

As an engineering intern, I was consistently working on real projects from start to finish. I got to do the actual designs of the distribution system and work with city engineers, construction companies, and MGE crew members. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. The atmosphere was very relaxed and casual.

Cons

Office feels a little outdated, but not a severe problem. If you are big into renewable energy then this may not be the place for you, although, they are making goals for 2030.
