      Pros

      Facilities are nice. Good employee appreciation events. Good job security - no one ever gets terminated. Nice location.

      Cons

      The IT management team is one of the most incompetent I've ever encountered. No vision. Unable to deliver on projects. Most of the directors are ex-mainframe cobol programmers that have no understanding of current technology.

      Pros

      Get to choose your own hours, work at your own pace, and sometimes there is some really good free food. Most of the time your schedule won't match up with your coworkers so you will be working alone a lot. You do get 1-2 "mentor engineers" to help you if you have any problems though.

      Cons

      Sometimes there isn't enough work/projects and you end up not doing much for that day. This causes the job to be quite boring occasionally
