      -Great work environment and there is room for advancement, with proper support from management -Excellent work/life balance -Upper management interacts and treats all employees as equals -Reimbursement to further education is available as well, even if it does not pertain to the job you are currently working in -Great company hosted events

      Cons

      -Lack of initial training -Needs more policies/procedures set in place for new hires -Technicians are not treated as equals to engineers -No guidelines/metrics on how to promote -Micromanaging can be a problem most times
