Pros

None! Healthcare benefits will cost you about 1/3 of your pay. Even with the company paying about 75% of the cost. The company cares more about its customers than its employees!!

Cons

Plant Managers let Supervisors get away with anything and the employees pay the price. New ideas are not excepted unless management comes up with the idea! It takes 6 years to advance to top rate.

Cons

Management and HR were horrible. If you’re in the club you can do whatever you want, if you aren’t you constantly have to worry about your job over stupid stuff no matter how great you are at your job.
