Working on-site, with very little interaction to the corporate office. Being able to keep airline miles and rental credits! Corporate AMEX. The benefits were really good. Shortly after I left, they were purchased by Oracle.

Cons

The Expense Reporting process was antiquated and time consuming. 12 day installs, sometimes back to back installs. Very little work/life balance.

Pros

Unlimited sick leave, decent benefits, some good co-wokers, flexible time, steady challenging work environment.

Cons

Low salary, Overworked and underappreciated. People are overloaded with works, tasks, and projects who worked hard to get them done per schedule will get more works to do where the people who aren't or who pretend to Do not get reprimanded at all so works aren't allocated to people fairly. Empty promise. Hard to get promoted now. Couple senior directors are horrible. no raise. bonus is out of the door.
