Pros

Job security. Good benefits. Decent product. Great people.

Cons

Lack of resources (implementation, admins). Glass ceiling for earnings. Your commission is dependent on when a system is installed, which could be a year later or never... Sink or swim. No solid training program in place. Cumbersome process to put together contracts (SUPER SLOW AND TIME CONSUMING) It is like they are on dial- up DSL.

Pros

You can work on your own pace and ownership. Your boss does not control you really as long as you are able to deliver.

Cons

No staff education and employee training. Difficult to do a career and get a promotion. Pay-raise don't think about it.

Pros

Left to my own devices. Allowed me lots of opportunities to learn and figure out solutions to problems myself. Coworkers had a lot of camaraderie.

Cons

Overworked and underappreciated. Training was terrible and usually I was left to flounder on my own with no real guidance. I felt buried under a mountain of incompetence.

Pros

Great place to learn at a base level. You will learn several different software's and connection methods for clients. also get a base level knowledge of Microsoft SQL.

Cons

Hours were not great. Training for any position is sub par. No room for growth. Sub par pay as well.

Pros

Great first job out of college Travel all over great experience Great co-workers Exposure to meet different people from other companies and network

Cons

Poor management Most every project I went on which was one-two a week worked well over 40 hours a week and was never compensated Very un-loyal company received high reviews from all my accounts, but laid my self and many of my co workers due to what they said "The economy and recession" but the company made 4 billion. Poor training and no support. Had to completely depend on co-workers and hoped they knew how to help you High turnover, rather let good people and loyal employees go and higher kids right out of college and pay low salary then give raises to good loyal employees Found a way to pay for any expenses you occurred that a class action law suit was brought against them and they lost finally getting compensated years later

Pros

Great place to build professional relationships. The company is well respect among competitors and other employers in the area. Great health benefits. Great opportunity to learn in a fast paced environment.

Cons

It gets a little too political and very difficult to get things done on time. Customer Service has dwindled due to lowered expectations from managers and directors. Little to no training or support for certain positions. Unclear career opportunities. Work-Life Balance not encouraged, or common. Hard work and accomplishments are often not recognized. It's understandable to not give pay increases, but a compliments and recognition is free. Pay it forward.

Pros

People are friendly and helpful in a lot of ways.

Cons

Wild west management style with no planning (shoot every direction and hope you hit a target). Promotions are specific to few and not based on skill set but on other factors that no one Management is totally disconnected of the staff problems or they are ignoring it, both cases it doesn't serve the employees well. Management gives a lot of promises without even the intent of making any change just for the sake of giving a temporary relief feeling to the employees who got used to their lies . Most of the talented people left the company and there is no guidance within the team and new hires don't have the chance for a good training.
