      Pros

      MICROS has the best support team to set you up prior to being onsite to install and train. The management team was very insightful and helped motivate the team. Flexible with work at home to program the system, but also had office time to take care of customer issues.

      Cons

      There can be some very long days when you "go live." There's also a lot of travel with your own vehicle, so make sure you set some money aside for repairs, if necessary.
