a lot!!!! This company treat people like machine and never care about you! Besides the low salary and poor benefit, they have people checking to see if everyone arrives at no later than 8. If you look at your cell phone at your desk, someone will report to your boss. They just expect you to work very single minute! They will even catch you if you "play with your cell phone in the restroom" (actually i wonder how that happen since toilet rooms have doors! or maybe someone see you walking to the restroom with cellphone checking email/time and she assumes you play your phone when you are in restroom?) Also, schedule is horribly NOT flexible. lunch break has to be 12 to 1pm. people can get fired for returning later than 1pm. you have to arrive at 8am in the morning and need to take vacation time off if you want to leave 1 hour earlier. Not possible there to arrive earlier and leave earlier.

Disrespect and disregard for employees Poor compensation and benefits Ineffective management Frugal to the extreme; employes are forced to use old, broken equipment. Even basic office supplies are rationed. This is a billion dollar technology company that operates like a cash-strapped startup.
