Pros

Challenging, various tasks. Travelling within and outside EAME region for projects.

Cons

hectic work hours, unreliable project management, constantly changing schedules, lack of truly useful training, limited/no forward moving in the carrier, everyone should do everything thinking

No motivation or career opportunities...

Pros

As an installer, there is the opportunity to travel to places you would never be able to on your own. The salary is enough for somebody living and enjoying life alone. Travelling is like the only advantage of this company...

Cons

Insufficient motivational management, no professional or financial progress due to "flexibilty", which means everybody should be able to do everything. This principal works out fine in a factory, but not in IT, where you need well paid spacialists to provide the best service. Professional counterselection. Salaries are around 30% (as per market research) below the industry average, because most employees are from hotel background.

Compensation is no longer good. Raises are nearly non existant.
