Your pay goes down a dollar when you go full time and it takes almost 2 years for a full time position to open up

5 years before more benefits kick in, no parental leave, takes 6 years to be fully vested, no salary transparency or ranges for pay grades, remote positions available to select few with no reason as to why

We offer a variety of benefits to part time and full time staff some starting as soon as your first day on the job, others with a waiting period 60-90 days after start. In addition, we offer various types of leave of absences for our staff.
