Archaic technology, Archaic mindset, Archaic way of judging and treating employees, seems like you have to be in a "click" to go anywhere with this company. Management it's horrendous, they pretend and preach oh we are growing but have a mindset of a pops and mom's shop. Don't expect to have anything terrible happen to you or you could lose your job. No breaks just lunch, even on 10 hour shifts. Don't be a minute late or they will come down on you. Training is lackluster. You get a week of vacation that you can't use for the first six months, and if you're lucky to be able to get the time off as they always seem to be short on staff, but I think that's by either design or they're just out of touch with the real business needs. If you need a job while you can land something decent then it's ok, otherwise look elsewhere.

Regional have No appreciation to the employees; they abuse the devoted employees with no consideration to their personal life; management's are puppets with no backbones and the regionals a total dirtbag! has no people's skills and don't practice what it preaches; to busy planning what next body part is getting done, would love to know how it got in that "position"!
