      Midland Paper Company - Great place to work!

      Pros

      Growth possibilities- If you work hard everyday you will be recognized. I started in 1995 and have held several positions at Midland. I started in the receiving department, went to purchasing, managed a warehouse, became an inventory analyst and now I am the operations manager for the Appleton location.

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative to say about Midland Paper.

      Pros

      Having a position that I was looking for to be able to work for many years. Wonderful people makes you feel like a part of the company.

      Cons

      Getting use to working nights. But that will take only time. Learning how to load the truck properly for the weight to be correct for the Weight Station that we go through on my travels back to the warehouse.
