There are many talented and dedicated people who are passionate about their work.

Cons

The work atmosphere is heavily affected by a sense of toxicity, primarily stemming from top leadership. The company seems more focused on profit than on employee well-being and satisfaction. Another issue is their struggle to make clear decisions and stick with them, causing a lot of confusion and loss of trust among the staff. There are many hardworking employees who are great at what they do, but it’s sad that the behaviors and choices of the Founder and executive teams often overshadow their positive contributions.

patient flow, you work like a dog and they treat you like one

Cons

they will do whatever they can to make money. they talk about love as their value but they don't love you. they love money. You wont even be approve for composite bands. The chief dentist only know basic dentistry and is head only because she was the first dentist. she knows nothing of advance dentistry. be prepared to work like a robot. Turnover rate is less than a year for dentist. they ran out of dentist to hire so now they will go after new grads. dont fall for it.
