      We understand that while it can be challenging at times to meet the demands of a full schedule, the value it adds to patients is huge. We appreciate your hard work and dedication to being accessible to patients and providing excellent care. We've recently made improvements to provide more work-life balance - hygienists now have 1 day off every other week, and no late hours or weekends. All the best to you.

      nothing, the company does not stand at all for what they market and preach

      Cons

      The pay is absolutely awful. they over look staff that has been with company for years. Half of training mangers haven't received a raise in over two years. all o the good staff has let. they want to pay new employee more than the people who actually deserve it. very long hours. upper management and the corporate office does nothing but gossip. the worst company to work for. I was treated so badly and walked over.
