      We get lunches and sometimes happy hours when my manager takes us out

      Cons

      The dress code is the biggest con. I run around my office all day dealing with patients in heels and dress clothing. Scrubs are not allowed but I am required in my job description to deep clean the toilets, floors, restrooms, patient rooms, etc. this also causes me to spend money on dress clothing that just gets ruined or dirtied when I could be in scrubs. The company is willing to preach how much they love staff but don’t do things to make out work life’s easier.

      the hours and my pay is better than most jobs offer for front desk. i am almost always getting all of my 40 hours.

      Cons

      Manager takes advantage of you opening and closing. there is no in between on hours, and there is no work-life balance, and that hurts, especially being a fulltime student.
