      Pros

      overtime pay. paid time off and you can get it most of the time if you put it in far enough in advance. constantly getting new instruments and cavitron tips if needed. free lunches often. some locations are awesome and are like family who do anything possible to help you and to run everything smoothly. if you are fresh out of school it is a good way to get a lot of experience quickly. good amenities and the offices are up to date and modern. constantly busy. before you take the job make sure you ask questions and get answers about the location you are going to-- if you can go in and watch it for an hour or so to see what the environment is like

      Cons

      Pay is less than average for Dallas while expected to do double the amount of work. I was averaging almost 12 cleanings a day. At some locations the doctors do not respect other employees and it makes everyone else's jobs miserable. No work life balance because it is likely you won't leave until 6-6:30 everyday.

      It's what you would figure working for a big company. They care about money and not the patients or employees.

      Cons

      There are some good benefits but mainly cons. Just be aware.
