I work over 50 hours a week and every day this company gets worse and worse policies change daily. The head owners have awful communication, manners,mamngment,human decency. The CEO. COO and owner have no love or companion towards any employee. They have showed time and time again that money is the only things matters. Health is definitely the last thing they care about. During covid I got reprimanded for not feeling safe or healthy enough to come to work.. I was scolded, yelled at and treated differently. They are forcing us to come back to work or we will be terminated.
My bonuses have always been wrong. When I try to get the money that I earned by meeting there incurably high expectations I get blown off or told I will eventually see it on a check, which has never happened.
Travel is ridiculous. Pay is awful. Cooperate is so beyond cruel and mean.
I am over worked constantly and under appreciated. The owner him self had spoken down to myself and other staff members. He has expressed that he doesn’t give one care in the world if you are overworked that is our job.. all of the social media posts are the farthest thing from true and this company is by the most unethical, mean,money hungry,verbally abuse, judgmental job I have ever worked at.
Staff is so short. I never have time for real problems or can barley mama her be I am filling in every day.. I don’t get paid nearly what I deserve..district managers barley have to give advise or train us be they are so busy doing 9 offices jobs. It is so hectic and everyone is miserable.
