All smoke in mirrors. This company is morally corrupt. The owner has a serious God complex. They are not honest, target a certain demographic and claim they are “doing Gods work” by tricking the less fortunate and “blessing” them with a new smile. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT VALUE YOU. Run!!!!

Can’t think of any. They changed the PTO and benefits which was the only thing they had going for them. Pay was decent and now they changed that too!! They will reward you if you write a lying pleasant review, hence how they received a 4.0 because the rating should really be 1.0. Working like a dog to fill the owner’s pockets(if you like slave work) Not working at Mint Once was a somewhat reputable company about 4 yrs ago.

Cons

Working at Mint Fake love and make believe Christian culture No time off in December Just another replaceable number to them, hence the extremely sky high turnover No lunch No sanity Walmart of dentistry...Actually Walmart might take better care of their employees!

Really none. Greedy corporate management that don’t have any skills or common sense We can appreciate each others hard work in this weird “hub” since corporate never will. They just buy our offices some pizza and think they fixed everything.

Cons

No structure at all at this place. So much nepotism here too. Very toxic workplace, underpaid, really bad benefits family cannot even afford it, you don’t even have an option to choose a different dental benefit plan besides mint. Corporate /executive position people flaunt their wealth online and can’t even do their job. Please save your energy and time and apply to work literally anywhere else. It’s so bad. everyone here is unhappy and overworked too. Communication is bad. There is a lot of favoritism too. We voice our concerns but corporate does not care to make a change. Also I find it very odd this company has its own “church”?
