formulary is tight and not flexible at all. run like a patriarchy, owner is treated like he is God like and even opened a church. Everyone follows the fold, even if they don't believe its right. Management says all the time "This is the MINT way of doing things." Everything from treatment planning down to actual procedures is dictated and micromanaged. The treatment planning is backwards ie fillings first, then crowns, then root canals, then extractions. prices are too high for the demographic area so patients can't afford to do their work... very hard for doctors to produce.
